I've been paying for two separate subscriptions; one covers my iMac at home and my MacBookAir laptop and the other covers my Windows desktop at my office. I obviously can't be using both the office Windows desktop and the iMac at home simultaneously, since they are about 15 miles apart. A simple first question: What does 'logging out' and 'logging in' entail? That's not the same thing as deactivating, is it?
