My favorite is the Voigtlander VM-E.  It's adjustable for close focusing as
well as to set the infinity point (which I tape).  Most adapters are about
1/2 mm short to be sure that the lens will focus to infinity.  Also, the
Metabones I initially got was way too tight -- caused some damage to a
lens.
