The Long Beach Press Telegram reported that the Yellow Duck was what
everyone wanted to see... so much so that the Tall Ships themselves were
being snubbed.

So what did the powers that be do?  They moved the Duckie to another place
so no one could spend all their time on it....

It should be noted that there is no charge to see the Duckie, but if you
want to go on one of the boats, they charge......  

Capitalism at its most extreme.....
