Subject: [Leica] IMG: Thanh Phat Seafood Restaurant

This is the best food we had in Vietnam.  Ian, the guy who organized the
trip, lived here for several years and knew the best places to go.  This
looked like a warehouse from the outside, but you walk in past tubs of live
seafood to an enormous dining room over the water.  All of the seafood is
alive when you order it.  It is simply grilled or flash fried and served
with lots of greens and spicy sauces.  They invited me into the kitchen to
take photos as they cooked. You will either like or hate these photos.
 There is extremely shallow depth of field!
