In Aleppo, the rug weavers work in concrete pits with the loom mounted at
floor level:

and, keeping the business in the family, his son sells the rugs in front of
the shop

The 24/1.4L lens was probably my favorite Canon lens, but it fell
completely apart several times and had to be returned to Canon at
inopportune times.
