No.  Don't use alcohol!  This is what you need to clean film:

and lots of PEC pads - soft and fiberless.  Only use it if there are spots
you can't get off with a blower or clone out in PS.

Your scans look great!  I'm scanning Kodachromes from the 1970's right now.
