Thanks for the link, Brian.  This fellow seemed to have confidence in 
his ability to complete the work with no problems.  He went about 
everything like a surgeon in an operating room, very precise.  His crew 
leader showed a lot of respect for him, and provided anything he 
required to keep the work moving.  They were both very impressive and 
professional.
