Subject: [Leica] Would M9 work well with these lenses?

One school of thought is that while the M9 (and ME M240...) excel with
modern glasses, they work great with older low contrast lens too, as they
match the sensor's linear characteristics.  Your list of lens should work
fine. The 19mm Canon may have color fringing, but you can try different
lens profile and see if it helps.
