Subject: [Leica] This flag needs a taller pole!

It's quite tattered, Chris. I thought there was some law that protects the 
flag. I also see you had to ask for permission to photograph it, but it 
seems to be beside the road. ??? Is there a law in the US that restricts 
photography from public roads?
