Subject: [Leica] Friday flower - Ken - now down sizing equipment

Hi Ken,
I too am trying to rationalize and downsize my camera equipment for travel.
I took the recently acquired Olympus EM 1 to Bhutan while Esther used an E-M5
and we shared lenses from our Panasonic Micro 4/3rds inventory. I also took
the Fuji X100S. The reason for choosing Olympus over Fuji is that Olympus has
faster continuous auto focus - more like my Nikons - and I thought I might
need it.
Turns out I really didn't but still good to anticipate and plan ahead. If
the next models
of Fuji turn out to have acceptable focus tracking I think I will stick with
Fuji
although the Olympus cameras are proving very adept - once you get through
the tangled menu
thicket of setting them up. I presume you will buy the XE 2 when it is
available unbundled
from the zoom lens.
Bests
Howard

Thx for looking, Howard. I have the 14, 35 and 60, a really small bag and
room for one more X-E body. As opposed to the enormous Canon outfit I
brought on the cruise.
