The camera would need to know the precise focal length of the mounted lens,
plausible for coded lenses, not any others, causing the normal wingeing from
the usual suspects who own non-Leica lenses.
The precise FL of production lenses is close to but not exactly the nominal,
as a rule. This would mean, potentially, a different set of framelines for
each 35mm lens design, each 50mm lens design and so forth...
The magnification change with focus would need to be known for each lens,
not so easy with lenses with floating elements.
The people who design these things are not stupid and if anything as obvious
as precise frame lines was straightforward we would have had it for some
time now.

If you want accurate framing you will need a reflex camera or look at the
sensor output either via the screen on the back or an EVF, whether you like
it or not!
