Fantastic news Ted. This is truly a well deserved recognition of a lifetime
of achievement. I am sure that the publishing arrangements in other
countries will catch up. You're right too that an additional E-book version
is only a trivial extra cost. Seems to me that the weather in New York in
April might be very pleasant.Could be a fine venue for a LUG gathering.  I
do believe that I shall take a look for some airfares. Get your signing
hand in practice!
