The LUG Gallery is back online. I'm glad that it came back up so quickly.
The Large Format Photography server (which I also host) was down for nearly
3 weeks while I struggled with repairs.

Details for the tech-minded:
The air conditioner for that room of the data center had failed. The LUG
Gallery runs on a particularly high-powered computer that generates a lot of
heat, and it didn't take it long to reach critical overtemp.

Its dual 550W X8051A-Z power supplies respond to overtemp by disconnecting
themselves from the power mains and staying disconnected until they are
manually reset.

So I manually reset them. I forgot that it's wise to wear hearing protectors
when powering up that machine while standing next to it. Yow.

That server (a maxed-out SunFire X4200) has been so reliable that I've not
paid attention to it for years. It is such a beast. I'd better start making
plans for replacing it. No computer lasts forever. And the LUG Gallery
server is the only machine I have that cost more than an M Monochrom.
