This Mexican Pizza is served at the Riverview Restaurant in the tiny Hudson River town of Cold Spring, NY. Just looking at the picture makes my mouth water. Cold Spring is one of the most picturesque in the Hudson Valley. It is about 70 miles north of New York City, just the right distance for a lovely Fall drive.
