No.
Sensor = Belgian design

OTT: Made in Germany was invented by the Brits trying to fend off  
"lousy" German products in the 1890s ...

There was a debate by the EU commission that would restrict its use to  
a minimum percentage of the parts being actually manufactured in  
Germany.
The current legislation only requires assembly to be made in the  
country to get the "mark".
