Subject: [Leica] More from LUG-Fest Barcelona 2013 (with hopes that Philippe Amard will forgive me)

Hi, Gang:

A few first drafts from LUG-Fest Barcelona, 2013. More to come.

Another muchos gracias to Lluis and Mariela for pulling together such a
wonderful gathering and giving so much of their time. And thank you to all
who made it there -- a fine time it was.

Oh yes: whatever one thinks about skylight or haze filters, fireworks
damage suffered in Stiges was limited to a few flare-causing (and caused)
pits -- on the filter, not the front element of the 24/1.4 it covered.
Phew!

One more bit of trivia about that 24/1.4: learned from the exif info on one
image that it's an f1, which I never knew. Wonder now whether to tell the
folks at Leica, keep it among ourselves, or sell the thing for a fortune to
a collector amassing rarities on his/her shelves . . .

Please comment and critique (the photos, that is); muchly appreciated on or
off list.

Greg Rubenstein
