Yep, salmon.  The students were extracting fat from various meats of their 
choosing, processed, cooked, raw, whatever they proposed as a question and 
hypothesis.  Biology 105 for non-majors.

Next summer I will not wear my elevator shoes and get lower.

Is that a salmon fillet wrapped in cling film?  What were the classes?

I agree on the lower angle, but like these anyway.
