It is not covered in paper, so that you can see the bills (it's OK to salt it in the morning with $50 or so). Finally, the bottle mouth needs to be larger - this one seems to be suggesting smaller donations, or at least some work in getting them into the jug. An information-gathering trip to the bar might help also. Just trying to help.
