[Leica] Focus Peaking with the X Pro 1 and the 75mm Summicron M

Very nice work, Howard and Esther!  I am still at the beginner stage, 
awaiting my adapters on Monday, and need to pick up a spare SD card to 
check on firmware and do the updates.
