The Cortes is just like our parliament (called the Dail) which has also has 
a bar, and it too is subsidised by the Irish taxpayer. Needless to say, the 
Irish taxpayers - including this one - are not happy! Mind you, I'm happier 
now that I've seen your elegant senoritas enjoying their cheap gin and 
tonics :-)
