I think many people are now trying the Sigma 35/1.4, but again many sample 
variations/issues...

Jayanand,

I purchased the 35 1.4 and had to return it.  It was unable to focus 
correctly past 15 ft. I tested 2 of the lenses on 4 different bodies and 
none of the combinations worked consistently. Truly a shame as it was a 
really nice lens when it was sharp.
