It would be a complete system change: sell all the Leica stuff and replace 
with Sony/Zeiss.  The auto aperture is a big deal for me.  I'd probably end 
up with cash in my pocket.

I'll see what Leica USA (where it is right now) can do with the R8.  It's 
under warranty from the service in January.
