One of the best thing you can do with eggs:

http://dutchfood.about.com/od/drinks/r/Advocaat.htm

I suppose eggnog is very much the same (never tried any)

Try these from my home county to get shut of another
four at a time:

http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/9020/

This recipe takes twice as many eggs as for truly
traditional Yorkshire Puds,
  as does this one:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/wordofmouth/2012/feb/16/how-make-perfect-yorkshire-puddings

The traditional recipe calls for only one or two eggs,
after all it was a filler-up at the dinner table of
poorer folks. To make up for the lack of meat, the puds
were served as a first course with gravy from the roast.
