I never owned a CHICO.  The CEYOO used a capacitor and a 22.5 volt
battery, which was small and fit inside the case beside the capacitor.
 I remember it was red and metal covered, probably an Eveready.  I
used mine once, to fire #31 bulbs, and bought a Honeywell potato
masher.
