Hi Bob,

I have two WD 10K RPM HD's, one reserved for a PS scratch disk, plus other
HD's for data. PS seldom reports use of virtual memory, but then my files
are only 120mb plus layers. I imagine things are different out there in
medium format land!

Ken

I have an opportunity to put a small (60GB) SSD into my MacPro. I was
thinking of using it as a scratch disk for Photoshop to speed things up. It
would only be used for that purpose. Has anyone done this or have thoughts
as to whether this is a good idea?

Thanks,
Bob
