Hi Tina,

To me, this is one of the best images I have seen from your travels.  I 
think the B&W presentation serves it well.  The faces that need to be sharp 
are clear and well modeled.  The young woman facing the camera, whom I 
suspect is the mother of the child, is nicely modeled by the light, as is 
the doctor.  All told, a great photo!
