Dear Luggers,

Latest and final update on the trickster who sold me his "Noctilux":

PayPal resolved the case in my favor the entire sum USD5000 and "refunded" 
it to my account.
Seller did not respond within the given time frame after I sought a 
resolution.

Subject matter closed.
