To be clear, I am not sure if the connectivity is Bluetooth or WIFI.

For $100, if you can transfer files through the Ipad or Iphone to the
Seagate HDD, it is at least a good in field backup/duplicate solution.

BTW, for every 16GB you increase the size of the memory in an IPad, it costs
you $100.  The Seagate drive is 500+GB and costs $100. A relative bargain.

Bluetooth is pretty slow. I don't think you want to transfer many DNGs over
BT. :)
