Dear Jon,
I think your points are mainly rubbish, but that is just my opinion.
OTOH the note I have snipped here is not true. I can not speak for Norway, 
but the most recent gun incident in th UK of the type you keep having in the 
US was 16 years ago, and in Scotland, not England.
