10/18/06, 5:46:59 PM, Ramada Plaza JFK Airport landing lights on the top,
NIKON D200 24.0-85.0 mm f/3.5-4.5@ 1/350 s at f/10.0 iso 800 @ 24.0 mm

It was amazing that inside the building it was not all that noisy at all as
airplanes were pretty much landing right on the roof of the building.
I was there 6 years ago today. I was there for a few weeks. Maybe almost a
month! Not is a ghost hotel so I hear. They could remake "the Shining" in it
with Baz Luhrmann as the director it had atmosphere to spare. A real world
in its own.

The shot I was shooting up at a 45 degree angle and it had convergence to
spare. It was fun to take it all out and make it looks as if it was shot
with a view camera. I've been doing a lot of that in the past year.
Carefully correcting the perspective on my shots and I've gotten much better
at it.
