Thanks, Geoff.  They always use an earthing strap.  I heard the hose and 
strap wire rewinding as I walked out.  However, I have never seen them use 
personal protective equipment.  I assume there is an extinguisher on the 
truck, but have never checked.  There are a couple at the fence near the 
terminal, but that is too far away to help when refueling near hangars, etc.

I looked through my file photos and found this one showing the rear of the 
truck.  I believe I can see two extinguishers on the rear shelves.
