I would like to echo the comments and recommendation recently made by Ted
on Doug's new 2013 calendar. I pre-ordered a couple as I usually do and
today they arrived well packed and safely here in Australia.
It is a given that Doug's shots are technically excellent, but also you can
clearly see where his wildlife photos rise above that and are aesthetically
wonderful. Photos like his American Bittern and his Snowy Owl this time are
especially good examples of that. Congratulations on fine work Doug. I look
forward to enjoying these for a whole year and my second copy is always a
sought after gift to my family.
