You're still making the most of the gear Jim.
Perhaps you could sharpen the background a little less so that these 
artifacts are less visible though.
Or use the E510?
The butterfly itself is a beauty :-)

 Had a little shower, and this Sulphur b'fly came by.  Couldn't see the top 
of the wing, so I'm not sure of the classification.  It just seemed happy 
with the cooler air!
