Subject: [Leica] IMG: Results of Two-Month Drouth

We got .1 inch of rain last Saturday and are dry as a bone here in Iowa 
these days.  Need rain desparately, the corn and soy crops are dryingup and 
dying off, Not Good.

We got our first rain in months yesterday.  It's still drizzling today.
 Everything is so parched and brown.  I hope this is not a new trend!  If
we're going to have Central American weather, I want a rainy season like
they have!
