Hi Luggers,
Wife Esther yesterday took the seaplane to Vancouver to babysit Miss O while 
Miss O's Mom works in the recording studio.
There are three flights a day from Port Washington on Pender Island to the 
seaplane terminal at the Vancouver airport.
The flight takes about 15 - 20 minutes - much better than the 3 hour ferry 
ride - and with ferry fares for cars climbing all the time -
not that much more expensive.

Here is a 3 panel pano of the seaplane landing. Taken with the GH2 and the 
14 - 140 zoom at 140mm f9.0, 1/500, ISO 160 and
processed in CS5.
