Wife and I both had a bit of that. Them discs, they ain't indestructible. Take a page from and 12 Step Program, dude. One day at a time. Plan your moves, think about what a twist, a lift, an extended limb might do to your long-suffering back. Then do it or decided not to, or wait until you can. Take tie with your self and get better.
