And part of the reason being they're not going to be making very many of them as the market wont bear it. An air of exclusivity never hurt anybody or thing. As some people are saying and I hope they are right every once in a while we'll see a mono version come out. When the M10 comes out a year later it would be time for the mono version. Sensors would have gone to a different higher level and so might a few other aspects in digital camera and lens development. Time to see that in B&W. And while they're at it the could come out with an IR version. For those of us who like our pix to appear to be in a different time warp continuum; and a regular basis. - - from my iRabs.
