Hi Tina,
Yes I agree! The clouds are the major impact of the photo that make it look 
so interesting and dramatic!

In colour our attention is taken away from the dynamic effect of the clouds! 
The people who really are nothing more than a distracting aspect take away 
the strength the photograph.

Definately a B&W fine art photo! Quite dramatic indeed!
