I purchased the Rizzoli edition of the Paris book and also the Stedl book
as I know Steidl has the highest quality of reproduction. The Paris book
seems to come in all different languages and editions. I much prefer the
post 1990 printing so I chose the Rizzoli 2005 edition that is still
available for a reasonable price of $60 (rather than $999 as some site
would price it - stupid pricing robots).
