I had an Elmarit 24 f 2.8
there's also Nikkor AF-S - 35 mm - F/1.4 and more I'd say - look at  
the X100 i.e. 23mm F2, etc.

I still have a 2.5 35-70 Ang?nieux zoom and a 50-200 Oly f 2.8

All of which are under the 3.0 you seem to have in mind
