There is definitely a difference between dying "with" and dying "from" 
cancer (or any number of other conditions. :-) :-(

I'm glad I'm on the list with you guys a decade or two older than me (I'm 
61). My Dad died early he was 52, in 1979 so I need role models. That's what 
Dad's are for giving you and idea of how you're going to get older. 
His dad lived to be 90 though. So I'll take after him.
