Looks like several scratches on the rear above the wheel and behind it also. 
 Not very careful when he parks it, it would appear.

Enlarging the photo shows a fair amount of 'curb rash' on the front
wheel.  The driver apparently needs some 'how to park' lessons as well
as some 'where to'.
