I owned the 28 1.9, and liked it a lot for film, with the exception of the
bulk.

When I got my M8, I kept finding focus problems in stuff I was shooting at
minimum focus distances, something I do a lot of.

I sent it to DAG, and Don told me that lens could not be adjusted, so I
sold it and bought a Leica 28 asph.

I've been pretty happy with that lens.
