[Leica] T'WAS THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS AND???????????? THE BOOK!

Ah yes, it was the "DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!"

When all through the "HOUSE!" LUG Members were frantically shuffling photos 
and the "MOUSE!"  Mumbling to themselves.... "No not that one! Oh this is 
better, yeah send it! But in the blink of an eye??????? "Naw forget it, 
let's look some more!" :-(

THE LUG 2011 YEAR BOOK DEADLINE WAS NEAR! Many had fulfilled their photo 
submission, meanwhile those scurrying about this day did so in "FEAR OF THE 
WRATH OF  Dr. Ted and his final lashing of the year!" A painful, if not mind 
bending tirade on completing assignments while submitting two photos on 
time!

Meanwhile in far off Philadelphia, the "MASTER CREATOR OF THE INFAMOUS LUG 
YEAR BOOK" sat quietly inserting images from afar, with great anticipation 
for the many yet to arrive by electronic magic to his screen!

A moment of rest! He sat back with a huff and puff and a few unrepeatable 
phrases about lazy submitters! But to sooth his concerns he reached for his 
single malt glass, downed a couple of good ones, smiled. Returning again and 
set to the task banging keys creating the magical 2011 book!

He mused to himself for a moment, "It's nearly the eve of 2012? Gee I 
thought by now after the books we've accomplished. This year 2011 I'd have 
New Year's Eve as a quiet time with the Elves and enjoy ourselves sipping a 
Single Malt Scotch or two welcoming 2012! I fear not the case.

OH Well, such is life and human nature as it will always be! In 2012 it will 
be better! He smiled gently touching his nose knowing and forgivingly as he 
knew in reality, 2012 won't be any better! After all it's only human nature 
and photographers of beautiful pictorial moments! Rarely on time, but 
close... 1/125 of a second close! :-)

You now have exactly 5 days and counting faster than you can breath! 
Therefore on "BEHALF OF THE GREAT BOOK CREATOR, UBER GENERAL SIR James (Jim 
good old buddy)  Shulman given most of you are doing nothing but recovering 
from yesterday and over eating and drinking.... "water of course!" ;-)

SHORE? MOVE YER BUTTS, GET OVER IT! SEND YOUR PHOTOS!
