I have a real nice M5 recently at DAG, the Viewfinder was adjusted and the
Meter repaired.
It has a M6 style VF with 28mm frame lines crystal clear  no flare.

No dings, the battery cover has typical coin wear, tiny chips at the eye
piece, film door and base plate, otherwise, really nice, but not too nice
to use.

I'd like to end up with $950.
