I had the same thought.  Must have been a Toll Bros. sharecropper
development.

Very nice image, Barney.  But that is much more elaborate than those seen
in
Mississippi when I was growing up in the 1930s.  They were usually two
rooms, weatherboard exterior, tin roof, with a fireplace on one end, and
an
outhouse some little distance away.
