There are hearing aid batteries that work for this replacement, but don't 
last too long. they are really cheap, though. It takes a certain size rubber 
O-ring to make it fill up the space, but I don?t remember the number.

Not done that but have used the C.R.I.S. Adapter "MR-9" for years with no 
problems in SL bodies.
