Wisconsin is coming at it from having "occupied" our state capital building 
for 4 months earlier this year; recalling 6 legislators and successfully 
replacing two state senate seats; and currently ramping up to recall our 
governor. In other words Wisconsinites have been at this for 10 months ? and 
with specificity.
