Hi Herb,

Lens (or back, depending on the desired effect) tilt. Schiempflug theory; 
you 
should have fun with that one!!

Of course you can do the almost same with the 21mm ASPH using Hyperfocal:

The difference is that with tilt you are not to limited to the close focus 
distance of the lens; tilting lets you get closer...
