Not a holster, but maybe faster/ more secure: 
(sling/ strap/ hook. I've never lost one (camera) yet!

Don't know about that but a friend and pro Leica shooter here produces a
nifty beltclip holster? (Streetshooter) that works fine.
I think that LFI might market them too.
